• Provide, operate, and maintain the Dram Diary app and its features
• Sync your collection data across devices
• Display community features such as leaderboards and achievement counts
• Respond to support requests
• Improve and develop new features

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider, on servers in the United States. Supabase employs industry-standard security practices including encryption at rest and in transit. You can review Supabase's privacy practices at supabase.com/privacy.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share limited data only in the following circumstances:

• Community features: Your display name, badge count, and bottle count may be visible to other users in leaderboards. Your individual collection details are private unless you choose to share them.
• Service providers: We use Supabase to store and process your data on our behalf, under strict data processing agreements.
• Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

Photos

If you choose to upload photos of your bottles, these are stored in our secure cloud storage. Photos you upload are associated with your account and are not publicly visible to other users.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and collection information will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Export your collection data

Children's Privacy
